Full length foot. Ivory handle spins freely. Strap over tensioner which works perfectly. Another collector grade Hardy Perfect for sale here. These are extremely hard to find in very fine and original condition. There are a couple of casting flaws on the frame but this in no way has compromised the areas around these marks for the past 100+
