Champagne Saint-Chamant Blanc de Blancs NV Edna Valley Aromatic and smoothA fascinating small producer located in Epernay. For 70 years, the winery was almost single handedly run by the great Christian Coquillette. Since his recent passing, his son Stephane has ably taken the reigns. A distinct, decidedly "old school" style of Champagne, with long lees aging, creating a very toasty, brioche flavor alongside earthy orchard fruit.
