And quite a lovely graphic pattern of red diamonds against white with one blue stripe at top and bottom

There is not a whole lot out there about Renate Scheer Kalkofen (1935-2013) who created this print as well as several others I am listing from around the same time

Red White and Blue Old Handmade Humpty Dumpty Doll old slate early 20th cI've had a few home sewn Humpty Dumpty over the years, but it has been a while, and this one is my favorite, looking pretty patriotic in red, white and blue though to me with a bit of a French spirit to those colors! The periwinkle blue and cream are felt, the stripes silk I believe, plus cut felt features, a ruffle with fancy edging, red and black ribbons, and a bunch of red yarn poofs for hair or hat. Stuffed but not very much, making it a good one
