Because this deck has such a wonky curve thanks to all of the fatties, I suggest playing cards like Sensei's Divining Top, Mirri's Guile, Sylvan Library, and Scroll Rack to control not only what you draw but also what stays on top of your deck (which I guess is the same thing but it's important with Mayael!)
Cascade was one of the most busted keyword abilities ever created in Magic history, and Dinosaurs even feature a card with that text (Annoyed Altisaur)
UW Landstill / control Out: 4 Sandbar Merfolk, 2 Sandbar Serpent, 1 Drain Life, 1 Gilded Light, 4 Smoldering Crater In: 4 Miscalculation, 4 Misdirection, 2 Twilights Call, 1 Songs of the Damned, 1 Expunge Strategy: turn 2 Fluctuator with Misdirection or turn 4 Fluctuator with Miscalculation and Misdirection is fine
I still want to be aggressive and win through combat damage, but I have to be mindful that Magic is a different beast than it was fourteen years ago, so I have to be mindful to fill the deck with ways to have a comeback feature in mind
Just trying it out to see how it feels
