Edwardian Woven Cotton Pleated Skirt 80s purple dress - listed size small1910's pleated skirt made of loosely woven cotton or linen has a waistband that has been replaced with satin ribbon. There are no closures at center back opening. Skirt is stained but could be cold dyed with a slightly darker color to minimize stains. There is a small hole near the bottom of closure.
